Cai Tomos
Cai Tomos is a dance artist, art psychotherapist and Somatic-experiencing trainee. He works in the NHS as a dance and movement facilitator with older adults, as well as in care homes on various projects.
Cai has run an improvisation group for elders in wales for the last eight years as part of his creative practice.
