I’ve been volunteering for nearly a year at Meet Me and I love it! I’ve supported members in the choir and various dance related sessions. I’ve helped with different art activities, made members hot drinks, selected music at the Summer Party…the list goes on, and no week is the same! The best part though is getting to know, and chatting with, the wonderful members at Meet Me.

I’m 66 and I’ve been volunteering with a variety of different groups for nearly fifteen years in Lewisham and Southwark Boroughs and I hope to continue doing so for as long as possible. I love music, art, theatre – in fact, most creative activities.
