What Will Survive of Us

What Will Survive of Us is a cultural heritage project conceived by artist Christopher Green, and co-produced by Entelechy Arts and Christopher Green. This is a hopeful project designed to engage people in curating their own creative history. It asks questions about how as individuals we can be empowered to create and curate our own creative legacies which succeed us once we have died.

Working in partnership with St Christopher’s Hospice, we have concluded the research and development (R+D) phase for this project, which involved Christopher Green working with focussed groups of participants in early 2022 to explore the concept and curate their own artistic legacies, which may or may not have been created by themselves. These included images, songs, videos, objects, and much more.

Christopher Green commented: “It feels important to be invited to think of our lives as an act of creativity. This idea has been with me for several years now, and I’m delighted to be sharing it and gently exploring what it can become.”

In June 2022 we had an online sharing and discussion about this project and presented the new website that showcases people’s creative legacy.
