In April, Meet Me on the Move headed to St Alfege Church in Greenwich to enjoy a music recital by Trinity Laban’s Musical Theatre students. A famous landmark in Greenwich Centre, it was exciting to go in and listen to live music and singing from Show Tunes we know and love, and ones that were new to us all.

The audience firstly got an introduction from the performers about the context and the ideas around the central theme running through the songs performed. We then headed into the main church to listen to and absorb the music.

We were joined by artist Merlin Hayward who created a show-stopping response to our Glitz Trip… which you can hear below!
